Grupelec Electrónica, S.A. has the UNE-EN-ISO: 9.002 norm certified by IQNET and AENOR. Grupelec tests 100% of the production under the standard manufacturing process to guarantee a final product functional error free. Besides industrial specific quality controls are used such as the QS 9.000 and the EAQF. Grupelec works together with its customers to aim quality standards higher and to agree with our customer requirements.

Each of the production stages has its own quality controls defining accurately the self-control to make in each work place and the no-mistake tools (Poka-Yoke) available.

Grupelec has its own control and final inspection systems too. These systems complement the quality concepts described before. But Grupelec has improvement tools such as team works, benchmarking failure and effects modal analysis, statistic control of the process...
